Go Green: Read No Impact Man Green Product of the Week: No Impact Man

If you are looking for an entertaining read and want to learn about becoming more green in the process, pick yourself up a copy of No Impact Man: The Adventures of a Guilty Liberal Who Attempts to Save the Planet, and the Discoveries He Makes About Himself and Our Way of Life in the Process Green Product of the Week: No Impact Man
by Colin Beavan.

Beavan goes to the extreme, along with his wife, in becoming green. They go as far as giving up toilet paper in their humorous but committed adventure. There is much to learn from their bold endeavor and I highly recommend that you pick yourself up a copy.

Green Product(s) of the Week: 2 Books to Help You ...

Go Green: Team with microbes for healthy soil Green Product(s) of the Week: 2 Books to Help You Understand Your Soil & Lawngrow a beautiful organic lawn Green Product(s) of the Week: 2 Books to Help You Understand Your Soil & Lawn

This spring, I ordered two books from Amazon Green Product(s) of the Week: 2 Books to Help You Understand Your Soil & Lawn to learn more about the soil in my garden and yard and how I can transform my lawn from one that was treated synthetically for years by the previous owner to one maintained organically.

After much research, I found the following two books that met my personal needs.

Teaming with Microbes Green Product(s) of the Week: 2 Books to Help You Understand Your Soil & Lawn is more technical than the The Organic Lawn Care Manual Green Product(s) of the Week: 2 Books to Help You Understand Your Soil & Lawn and is, in my mind, a prerequisite. It will help you understand in more detail on what is actually going on in your soil and what constitutes healthy soil. Then once you are armed with that knowledge, and applied it to your garden, you should pick up the Organic Lawn Care Manual. This book will teach you how to grow healthy and organic grass that fits with its use.

I hope you enjoy these two books and learn as much from them as I have.
